WHO THEY ARE
Tri Ice Sports Holding is a holding company for ice rinks around the country. Tri Ice Sports Holding own 7 Ice Rinks, namely: Northgate, Galleria, Ilanga, Bay West, Festival Mall, Forest Hill and The Grove. The company is family owned and has been operating for 22 years since 1996.

THEIR BRIEF
To install and manage the music and audio requirements across all 7 of their sites countrywide according to each site’s specific needs.

CHALLENGES
Although client has an attractive and entertaining activity business, the client faced numerous music challenges across all 7 sites. Challenges surrounded client not being able to attain the correct content, volume fluctuations and not being able to cater for the different clientele they house on different days. These complaints came in to head office from all 7 branches, stemming from customers and staff alike.

Client has entrusted DMX with all their audio content requirements. We deal with the marketing manager who handles her site managers at all 7 rinks. DMX has been able identify what each rink requires, and in September 2018 we successfully implemented music at all 7 rinks.

The feedback from staff and customers at all 7 sites has been amazing, the solution is a huge success and client is really enjoying the value of the service.
