DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Yes, this is to cover music licensing. The minimum terms of a DMX contract are 24 months.
WHAT OTHER EQUIPMENT DO I MEED IN MY BUSINESS, IN ORDER TO PLAY MUSIC?
We recommend that you have a reliable sound system installed as the output source of the DMX audio.
This sound system would consist of multiple speakers and amplifiers, depending on your zoning requirements.
WHAT KIND OF MUSIC IS THERE AVAILABLE TO CHOOSE FROM?
There are almost 200 styles to select from. DMX audio branding consultants will work with youto
to suggest the best sounds available for your business.
HOW OFTEN IS MY MUSIC UPDATED AND HOW?
Music is updated once a month via a network/ internet connection or via a disc
which is delivered to your place of business.
CAN I HAVE A SAMPLE OF SOME OF THE MUSIC STYLES SUITED TO MY BUSINESS?
We will gladly provide audio clips, upon request.
IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE EQUIPMENT AND IF SO HOW LONG IT IS VALID FOR?
Profusion units are under warranty for the duration of the contract with DMX.
CAN I INSTALL THE UNIT MYSELF OR DO I REQUIRE AN ACCREDITED INSTALLER?
The unit is very easy to install without relying on an installer, as instructions are provided,
and over-the-phone assistance is always available. However, should you wish for an installer to assist,
we will be happy to arrange that for you.
IS MY PROFUSION IS UNIT NETWORK COMPATIBLE?
Yes. Should you wish to network your unit, we will assist in configuring the settings.
HOW MANY STYLES CAN I HAVE ON MY DEVICE?
Up to ten audio styles can be loaded onto one unit, as well as 2 video styles.
DOES THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE COVER SAMRO AND SAMPRA FEES?
No, you will still have to register with both of these organisations.
