DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Yes, this is to cover music licensing. The minimum term of a DMX contract is 24 months.

WHAT OTHER EQUIPMENT DO I NEED IN MY BUSINESS, IN ORDER TO PLAY MUSIC?

Professional equipment means quality sound. For the best audio output, we recommend a professional sound system that includes speakers and an amplifier. Contact us for a custom quotation.

WHAT KIND OF MUSIC IS THERE AVAILABLE TO CHOOSE FROM?

DMX has over 350 music programmes across genres. Speak to a Customer Experience Consultant about curating a signature sound for your brand.

HOW OFTEN IS MY MUSIC UPDATED AND HOW?

The music styles are updated monthly. Devices that are connected to the network automatically receive regular music updates.

CAN I HAVE A SAMPLE OF SOME OF THE MUSIC STYLES SUITED TO MY BUSINESS?

IS THERE A WARRANTY ON THE EQUIPMENT AND IF SO, HOW LONG IS IT VALID FOR?

Devices are under warranty for the duration of the contract with DMX.

CAN I INSTALL THE UNIT MYSELF OR DO I REQUIRE AN ACCREDITED INSTALLER?

The unit is easy to install without an installer (instructions provided). The DMX technical team is also available for remote assistance over the phone. For further on-site assistance – DMX has a network of professional installers available nationwide.

IS MY PROFUSION IS UNIT NETWORK COMPATIBLE?

Yes. For regular music updates, we recommend that the unit is connected to the network via an ethernet cable or WiFi. Contact our support team [email protected] to assist in configuring the settings.

HOW MANY STYLES CAN I HAVE ON MY DEVICE?

Up to 5 audio styles can be loaded onto a single unit.

DOES THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE COVER SAMRO AND SAMPRA FEES?

No. Clients would need to register with both organisations. Please contact us for further information.
